The Commercial Law Section will hold the 2023 Bathurst Lecture on 14 September 2023 from 5.30pm in Banco Court. The lecture will be delivered by the Hon Chief Justice A S Bell on the topic ‘The Corporation in Private International Law’.
The Bathurst Lecture is named after the Hon T F Bathurst AC QC, former Chief Justice of New South Wales, and is held each year in the Banco Court on a topic of commercial law. This lecture will be held in person. Registration is not required.
