Tomorrow is Wear it Purple Day. Wear it Purple Day is an annual event where people are encouraged to wear purple to express their support and acceptance to LGBTQIA+ youth.

Wear it Purple is a not-for-profit organisation that strives to foster supportive, safe, empowering and inclusive environments for rainbow young people.

This year’s theme for Wear it Purple Day is ‘Write Your Story’, placing emphasis on the importance of personal expression and individuality.

The NSW Bar Association is committed to supporting a Bar that reflects and is inclusive of the diverse composition of Australia’s society. The Association’s Supporting LGBTQI Inclusivity webpage displays the Association’s LGBTQI Principles on Inclusiveness, a range of LGBTQI resources, and links to services and supports.
