The next bushwalk is the classic Spit Bridge to Manly Walk on Sunday, 10 September 2023, where you will discover Aboriginal rock engravings, walk through sub-tropical, coastal heathland, beach habitats and enjoy spectacular harbour, bush and ocean views. The walk will take about three hours.
They will meet at 9.15am at Clontarf Reserve for a 9.30am start and finish at Manly Wharf. There is car parking at Clontarf Reserve or you can catch the 178 or 180 bus from Wynyard Station to the Spit Bridge. At the end there are buses from Manly Wharf back to the Spit Bridge (143 & 144) or you can get the ferry to Circular Quay.
Members and families are welcome to attend but please register in advance with here. Bring plenty of water and a hat because it might be warm!
