The 2023 Sir Maurice Byers Lecture will be held on Thursday, 12 October 2023 in-person in the NSW Bar Association Common Room. Entry is 5.15pm for 5.30pm start.
The lecture titled 'The Law of Parliament: Limits on Judicial Power', will be presented by Bret Walker AO SC.
