Additional DPP list - Downing Centre

The Chief Magistrate’s Office has advised that a second DPP list will be starting in the Downing Centre on Tuesday, 24 October 2023. At this stage, this list will be in court 5.2.

Matters coming from the feeder courts to the Downing Centre (Hornsby, Manly, Newtown, Sutherland and Waverley) will initially be adjourned to Tuesdays rather than Thursdays. At this stage, the intention is for matters that are listed on Tuesday to remain on Tuesdays until they are certified.
