Amended Practice Note DC Civil No 1

The District Court of NSW has released an Amended Practice Note DC Civil No 1 that amends 7.3 and 7.4
- The 7.3 amendment reflects the current case management practices for Notices of Motion filed in the Online Court; and
- 7.4 Introduces the time for filing and service of written submissions by 11.00am the day prior to hearing of the Motion.
The amended Practice Note commences 18 September 2023.
