Reissued Practice Note SC GEN 20 - Citation of Authority

The Chief Justice has reissued Practice Note SC GEN 20 – Citation of Authority, with a commencement date of 1 October 2023.
The revised Practice Note approves the use of official medium neutral citation for the citing of any authority (subject to Practice Note SC CA 1 Court of Appeal and SC CCA 1 Court of Criminal Appeal – General).
