Federal Court update in relation to hearings affected by flooding in Queens Square

Practitioners are advised in relation to hearings for tomorrow and the remainder of the week, that while hearings will not be proceeding in person at Queens Square, they will be proceeding either virtually or at an alternative location.

Practitioners should contact the associate of the docket judge of their matter in order to ascertain whether their matter will proceed virtually or otherwise and necessary details for the hearings.
