2022-2023 Equitable Briefing Policy Reports due 30 September

A reminder to all barristers who have adopted the Equitable Briefing Policy that your 2022-2023 report is to be submitted to the Law Council of Australia by 30 September 2023.

Click here to access the 2022-2023 reporting portal for barristers. A copy of the reporting questions is available here. However, adoptees of the policy must submit their report via the online portal.

To assist you with reporting, the Law Council’s Equitable Briefing Policy – Reporting Template and Guidelines (updated 1 July 2022) provides detailed information on how to make a report and includes a reporting template to show the information required (see Barrister Worksheet and Reporting Template Tool at pages 9-11).
