Tonight: Best practices in relation to psychological assessments

Dr Molly Schafer, Clinical Neuropsychologist and Professor Kristy Martire from the UNSW School of Psychology will present a seminar discussing best practices for psychological assessments to be relied upon in Court.

The presentation will address key considerations including ensuring the foundational validity of the assessment, management and mitigation of bias, attention to quality assurance, consideration of limitations and assumptions, weighing of alternative views and adherence with ethical obligations, professional guidelines, codes of conduct, and rules of evidence.

David Scully will be chairing this CPD.
