Last Bar Bushwalk for the Year: Coastal Trek In the Royal National Park

The last Bar Bushwalk for the 2023 calendar year is a classic Sydney walk, being the coastal trek from Cronulla Ferry Wharf to Wattamolla Beach in the Royal National Park.

The highlights include Wedding Cake Rock, Marley Beach, Wattamolla Beach. After lunch at Wattamolla Beach they will return to Bundeena by the inland track. The walk will be about 4-5 hours in total.

Members will meet at Cronulla Ferry Wharf (not far from the Cronulla Train Station) at 8.15am for the 8.30am ferry across to Bundeena. The walk is mainly along the coast. Walkers should bring plenty of food for lunch at Wattamolla and, at least, 2 litres of water. The walk is expected to proceed irrespective of weather conditions. It is a great walk near Sydney.
