Access to justice for all should not be undervalued

The Law Council of Australia has issued a media release concerning their submission to the Independent Review of the National Legal Assistance Partnership. In their submission, they have urged the Commonwealth Government to reinstate its funding contribution for Legal Aid Commissions to 50 percent and to allocate further, ongoing and evidence-based resources for a range of legal centres.
