Volunteers sought for Legal Assistance Referral Scheme

The NSW Bar Association Legal Assistance Referral Scheme, which has formally existed since 1996, reflects the strongly held view of the bar that a person’s rights and access to justice should not be diminished because they have little or no money. If you are willing to offer your services to assist, please complete this online form to register your interest in either or both of the Duty Barrister Scheme and the Legal Assistance Referral Scheme. The scheme's guidelines are available from the Bar Association's website under About Legal Assistance.
