Management of the Supreme Court's Succession and Probate List

The NSW Supreme Court has advised that from 18 December, the Succession & probate List will be managed by Justice michael Slattery (probate proceedings) and Justice Francois Kunc (family provision applications). The email address for contacting the List Judge and Registrar in Equity with respect to matters in the Succession & Probate list is sc.successionandprobate@courts.nsw.gov.au
