The year in review: a panel discussion of 2023’s most significant cases in constitutional law

The AACL is holding a panel discussion on Wednesday, 7 February 2024 from 5.30pm in the Federal Court. Megan Caristo, Naomi Wootton and Samuel Hoare will speak on 2023's most significant constitutional cases: NZYQ v Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs [2023] HCA 37; Vanderstock v Victoria [2023] HCA 30 and_ Benbrika v Minister for Home Affairs_ [2023] HCA 33. The Hon Justice Jeremy Kirk will chair the event.
Registration is not required. The event will be held in Court 1, Level 21, Federal Court Sydney.
