Zero Discrimination Day
06/02/2024

Diversity
Today is Zero Discrimination Day, observed each year on 1 March.
The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) founded Zero Discrimination Day in 2014. The Day is about promoting the rights of all people, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, age, sexuality, religion or HIV status, to live with dignity and free from stigma.
For the tenth anniversary of Zero Discrimination Day, UNAIDS has put out a call to action: “to protect everyone’s health, protect everyone’s rights”. You can read more about the initiative, and 2024’s call to action, on the UNAIDS website.
