Queers in Conversation - Continuity and Change, Protest and Policing and the Sydney Mardi Gras

13/02/2024

On 27 February 2024 from 6.00pm the NSW Council for Civil Liberties and Australian Lawyers for Human Rights is holding a free panel discussion at the Burdekin Hotel. For more information or to register, please click here.

With changes to the relationship between Mardi Gras and police and the violence that we've seen affecting the queer community recently, it is time for a discussion. The event aims to bring together activist, advocacy and legal queers and allies to share in some queer joy and hope during the Mardi Gras festivities too.
