The NSW Bar Association's Media and Information Law and Technology Committee is pleased to invite you to attend the fourth and final seminar in its 2024 Cybersecurity Seminar Series. The seminar on 'Cybersecurity Insurance for Barristers' will be held at 5pm on Tuesday, 12 November 2024 online via Zoom.
Robyn Adcock, National Practice Manager for Cyber and Technology at Gallagher and Harry Grannum, Major Accounts Senior Underwriter, Cyber & Technology at Chubb will discuss the following topics:
(a) Cyber risks, vulnerabilities, and risk management strategies
(b) Available cyber insurance products and their pricing options
(c) Coverage provided by cyber insurance policies
(d) Who should handle cyber insurance: barristers or chambers?
(e) Steps that barristers need to take to qualify for cyber insurance
(f) Recent claims and relevant case studies
(g) Best practices for safeguarding your legal practice
The seminar will be moderated by MILT Committee member Angela Bowne SC.
