FCFCOA's Family Law Defaulters’ List

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Courts) have established a Defaulters’ List for family law and child support proceedings. The Defaulters’ List will initially be piloted in the Sydney registry of the Courts. The List will be presided over by Judges of each Court.
