Tomorrow: Law Council of Australia ADR Seminar

The ADR Committee of the Law Council of Australia's Federal Dispute Resolution Section is hosting a half day seminar on Tuesday, 26 November 2024, focusing on 'Developments in Alternative Dispute Resolution'.

Her Honour Justice Julie Ward, President of the NSW Court of Appeal will open the seminar and the keynote speaker is the Hon Tom Bathurst AC KC on the topic 'Moving from the Courtroom to the Negotiating Table – A Reprise'.
