Tomorrow: Federal Court of Australia Farewell Ceremonial Sitting of Justice David Yates

On behalf of the Hon Chief Justice Mortimer, the Federal Court of Australia invites members of the Bars to attend a ceremonial sitting to farewell the Honourable Justice David Yates on Tuesday, 26 November 2024 at 9.30am in Court 1, Level 21, Law Courts Building, Queens Square, Sydney.

Members are asked to reply to Ms Dimitra Argyros by email (preferred) to dimitra.argyros@fedcourt.gov.au or 02 8099 8432 by 15 November 2024. Seating will be arranged in Court 1 or another Court for viewing via video link.

The Court also invites members of the Bar to morning tea served after the ceremony. For those unable to attend in person, the sitting will be livestreamed at https://www.youtube.com/@FederalCourtAus
