Today: Information briefing about changes to family provision applications and probate proceedings

The Chief Judge in Equity, Justice Hammerschlag, invites members to an information briefing about the upcoming changes to family provision applications and probate proceedings in the new Succession and Probate List.

The briefing will be held on Wednesday, 21 June 2023 at 4.30pm in person in Court 12D. An audio-visual link is available here. The Chief Justice will be present.
