Annual dinner of the Australian Construction Law Discussion Group

The annual dinner of the Australian Construction Law Discussion Group is to be held at the Intercontinental Hotel - The Bridge Room, on Wednesday, 6 December 2006 at 6.30 for 7.00pm. The guest of honour is Justice P McClellan of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. His Honour will speak on the topic of 'Concurrent Evidence' and its applicability, if any, to construction matters.

It has become a practise at the ACLDG to provide a social and humorous reception for the judge. Should you have any matters of interest to be raised, please do not hesitate to raise them with Glen Miller QC or Peter Callaghan SC prior to the date.
