Richard Dominic Cogswell SC will be sworn in as a District Court judge on Tuesday, 6 February, 2007 at 9.30 am in Court 21 John Maddison Tower, level 21, 86-90 Goulburn Street with a morning tea to follow in the Judges' Common Room.

The attorney general will speak on behalf of the Bar at these ceremonies.

Supreme Court of New South Wales

David Hammerschlag SC will be sworn in as a judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on Tuesday, 30 January 2007 at 9.30am in the Banco Court.

Elizabeth Fullerton SC will be sworn in as a judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on Monday, 19 February 2007 at 9.30am in the Banco Court.
