The NSW Legal Aid Commission's Prisoners Legal Service Panel is currently open for applications to undertake Parole Authority hearings. Applications must be lodged by close of business on 20 February 2009.� The availability of legal aid work to private practitioners is very limited, as the majority is undertaken by the Prisoners Legal Service.� Interested practitioners should obtain the Information Package from the Panels page of the commission's web site.
