Revised Federal Court Practice Note No 17

On 29 January 2009 the chief justice of the Federal Court issued a new Practice Note No 17 â The Use of Technology in the Management of Discovery and the Conduct of Litigation which replaces the_ Practice Note No 17 â Guidelines for the Use of Information Technology in Litigation in Any Civil Matter _issued in April 2000.�
