Online notification of statutory instruments in New South Wales

Beginning on 2 March 2009, certain statutory instruments are to be notified on the official NSW legislation web site and listed in the Gazette. This will affect all environmental planning instruments, on and from 26 January 2009, and all statutory instruments drafted by the Parliamentary Counselâs Office and made by the governor (mainly regulations and commencement proclamations) and court rules.
