Australia's Right to Know Coalition to hold Freedom of Speech Conference

John Hartigan, chairman and chief executive News Limited and Mark Scott, managing director ABC, and the Australia’s Right to Know Coalition invite you to an important conference on the state of free speech in Australia on 24 March 2009. The event will bring together academics, lawyers, journalists, public servants, politicians and the public to debate the issues and consider what kind of democracy we want. The keynote address will be delivered by the Hon Justice Ronald Sackville AO.

The conference has been accredited by the NSW Bar with 1 CPD point per hour of attendance (excluding introductions and breaks), with a maximum of 4.5 points to be claimed.
