Amendments to Court of Appeal Practice Note

On 27 March 2009, the chief justice ammended Practice Note SC CA 1 - Court of Appeal. The amended Note has a new paragraph (number 24) covering related appeals or applications and the paragraph covering "Lists of authorities" (formerly number 45, now number 46) has been expanded. The Practice Note was published in today's NSW Government Gazette.
