Bar football team promoted to a higher league

The Bar Association's football team has entered the Domain Soccer League (DSL). The DSL competition is played across five divisions. The grit, skill and determination shown by the NSW Bar team in last year's game against the Victorian Bar has secured it a berth in Division Three. They will be up against the likes of Energy Australia, ASIC âAâ, BNP Paribas, Lands FC, BT Financial Group âAâ and GIO.

Download a copy of the draw. The bar's opening match is against the GIO at 12.30 pm on Friday, 24 April 2009. The games are played in The Domain (only a short walk from most chambers) and the team would welcome any and all support.
