New South Wales Government to introduce yet more bikie legislation

The NSW Government has announced today that it will introduce another round of legislation targeting motorcycle gangs. It will create a new class of search warrant to make it easier for police to seize items connected to organised crime gangs and introduce legislation to create a new offence of recruiting a person to be a member of a declared organisation, carrying a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment.
