New South Wales Government introduces legislation targeting declared organisations

The _Criminal Organisations Legislation Amendment Bill 2009 was introduced into the Legislative Assembly today. The object of this bill, as provided by the explanatory notes, is to amend various Acts to make further provision to disrupt and restrict the activities of declared organisations within the meaning of the _Crimes (Criminal Organisations Control) Act 2009.�
