An enjoyable night at the movies

Why not unwind and leave behind the stress of a week in court? The Bar Association will screen _To Kill a Mockingbird _in the Common Room on Friday, 29 May at 5.15pm. Popcorn and drinks will be served. All members are welcome.

The American Film Institute rates it as the best courtroom drama in the history of US Cinema. The 1962 film adaptation of Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel To Kill a Mockingbird won three Academy Awards and three Golden Globe Awards, and assured Attorney Atticus Finch's place as a twentieth century movie hero - a rare honour for a lawyer.
