New migration form in the Federal Magistrates Court

The Federal Magistrates Court Rules 2001 were recently amended by the _Federal Magistrates Court Amendment Rules 2009 _and included, inter alia, an amendment to reflect changes to s477 of the Migration Act introduced by the _Migration Legislation Amendment Act 2009 _(No 1). Consequential changes have also been made to the migration form to include a requirement to specify the grounds for an extension of time as required under new s477(2)(a).
