New designated areas of practice list

The Bar Council Executive has approved a new areas of practice list, which is used on the Find a Barrister web site. The main amendments are as follows:
- 'Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration / Mediation / Evaluation)' now reads 'Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration / Mediation / Expert Determination)';
- 'Corporations Law' replaces 'Corporate Insolvency';
- 'Inquests and Commissions of Inquiry' replaces 'Inquests, Royal Commissions and statutory tribunals';
- 'Statutory Tribunals' is now a separate entry;
- a new area of 'Disciplinary Proceedings' has been added; and
- 'Tax' is now 'Revenue'.
