Online processing of Legal Aid grants and fees: important information for barristers

Legal Aid NSW will hold a presentation on Grants Online and Legal Aid policies.This seminar will address issues of the utmost concern to barristers, such as direct payment of fees; confirmation of grants of aid; applications and extension requests and submitting claims for payments and claims for duty work.

The first of these presentations will be held at Legal Aid NSW training room on Level 2 - 323 Castlereagh Street Sydney on 14 May 2009 from 4.30 to 6.30pm. It will assist members to use the new Grants Online system and to understand and apply Legal Aid policies when completing online applications for legal aid.** Registration is required. **For full details, download a flyer.
