Law Council seminars on workplace relations laws

The Law Council's Federal Litigation Section has organised a national seminar programme on the new federal workplace relations legislation. Seminars will be held on Tuesday, 2 June & Tuesday, 9 June 2009 at the NSW Leagues Club. The new laws will contain a number of significant changes affecting the rights and obligations of employers, employees and industrial organisations. To facilitate the changes, complex transitional provisions will apply. These seminars will provide an opportunity to hear from leading legal practitioners in this rapidly evolving field of practice.
