Supreme Court Rules (Amendment No 416) 2009

The Supreme Court Rules (Amendment No 416) 2009 were published today on the NSW Legislation web site. The object of these Rules is to amend the Supreme Court Rules 1970 in respect of:
(a) the commencement of proceedings for the grant or resealing of probate, and (b) the procedures to be followed in the Supreme Court for an application for a family provision order under Chapter 3 of the Succession Act 2006.
