Call for comments on release of liability insurance data

The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) is inviting the public and interested parties to comment on proposals to release liability insurance data from the National Claims and Policies Database (NCPD). To kick things off, APRA has issued the discussion paper Liability Insurance - Public Access to Policy and Claim Information to seek comment from interested parties, and has set the deadline of 12 August 2009 to receive submissions.
