Legislation to note: changes to Federal Court fees

The Federal Court of Australia Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1) have been added to the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.� The object of the Regulations, as provided by the explanatory statement, is to amend the Federal Court of Australia Regulations 2004 setting the reduced court fee structure for applications under the new _Fair Work Act 2009 _framework. Similar amendments have been made to the Federal Magistrates Regulations 2000.
