Scholarship for competition law

The Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia is offering the Gaire Blunt scholarship for a second year.� The scholarship commemorates Gaire Blunt who was a leading competition law practitioner and a partner of Allen Allen & Hemsley (now Allens Arthur Robinson) from 1970 – 2005. The scholarship is aimed at persons at a junior stage of their career in Australia. To apply for the scholarship lawyers will need to submit a paper on a competition law topic of no more than 10,000 words by 31 December 2009. **Learn more > **
