National Legal Profession Reform Consultative Group

The executive director of the Bar Association, Philip Selth OAM is among those named by Attorney-General Robert McClelland as members of the National Legal Profession Reform Consultative Group charged with progressing the move towards national regulation of the Australian legal profession. The Consultative Group will assist in identifying issues, providing advice and drafting recommendations for the Taskforce responsible for reporting to COAG by 30 April 2010. Learn more >
