Bozic SC appointed to the District Court

Michael Bozic SC has been appointed a judge of the District Court of NSW, Attorney General John Hatzistergos announced today. Mr Bozic has practised law for 30 years, including 28 years as a barrister. He was appointed senior counsel in 2000. "Mr Bozic has practised extensively in medical and health law and has appeared in various inquests and commissions of inquiry, including the Royal Commission into Deep Sleep Therapy at Chelmsford Hospital and the Walker Commission of Inquiry into Camden and Campbelltown Hospitals," Mr Hatzistergos said.
