Fair Work ombudsman appoints legal panels

The Fair Work ombudsman has appointed one national and four regional panels.� Fair Work Ombudsman Chief Counsel Natalie James says the panels will be used for a broad range of litigation, advice and corporate legal services. The Fair Work Ombudsman spent $5.7 million on external legal services last financial year and the new panels have been appointed until June 30, 2012, with an option to extend for two years.
