Civil Liability Act 2002 - indexation of maximum amount relating to non-economic loss

Pursuant to s17(1) of�the Civil Liability Act 2002, the amount that is to apply for the purposes of section 16(2) of the Civil Liability Act 2002 is to be $473,500, effective�1 October 2009. An order to this effect was published by Attorney General John Hatzistergos in the NSW Government Gazette on 25 September 2009 (p.5232).
