36th Australian Legal Convention - papers now available online

Papers delivered at the 36th Australian Legal Convention in Perth are now available from the Law Council's web site. Papers were presented on a wide range of topics, such as: carbon trading in Australia; securities law class actions; challenges to the rule of law in our region; criminal law; case management; alternative dispute resolution; and legal practice.
