Attorney-General Robert McClelland has introduced legislation improving access to trans-Tasman litigation. The Trans-Tasman Proceedings Bill 2009 and _Trans-Tasman Proceedings (Transitional and Consequential Amendments) Bill 2009 _implement a treaty between Australia and New Zealand signed in 2008.
