Legal costs in work injury matters

The Workers Compensation Amendment (Legal Costs) Regulation 2009 has been published on the NSW Legislation web site. The object of this Regulation, as provided by the explanatory note, is to make a number of amendments to the Workers Compensation Regulation 2003 in relation to the maximum legal costs recoverable in work injury damages matters.
