AGS Administrative Law Symposium: Commonwealth & NSW (ADVERTISEMENT)

24-26 March 2010 - Australian Government Solicitor Administrative Law Symposium: Commonwealth and New South Wales at Sydney Law School. The symposium will commence with a dinner on 24 March and will be opened by the Hon. Robert McClelland MP, Attorney-General of the Commonwealth, and the key note address will be delivered by the Hon. Chief Justice James Spigelman AC.

The Symposium considers key and topical administrative law issues in the State and Commonwealth contexts, and brings together eminent members of the Federal Court and New South Wales Supreme Court, the Presidents of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, and leading members of the Bar. Speakers at the Symposium include Justices Spender, Stone, Bennett and Downes of the Federal Court, and Justices Beazley and O'Connor of the New South Wales Supreme Court.� Stephen Lloyd SC and Tom Howe QC are also giving presentations at the Symposium.
