In 2009 the Standing Committee of Attorneys General (SCAG) resolved to coordinate state and Commonwealth efforts to target the proceeds of organised crime groups. This report by the Australian Institute of Criminology provides an overview of confiscation schemes in each jurisdiction, with particular emphasis on the operation of the _Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 _(Cth).
